SCR-DPF system

System is compact and can be installed in engine room, even if very limited space is available. SCR catalyst is installed behind DPF blocks. Urea injection system can be controlled by engine CAN module, charge air sensor or NOx closed loop control. Active filter regeneration performed by fuel burner allow system to work independently of the exhaust temperature. System is equipped with by-pass valve by certification authorities and HMI panel which allow all working parameters. closed in stainless steel casing. System is designed to replace silencer and provide sound attenuation.

DPF active regeneration system with an electric heater

In engines up to 500kW, it is possible to actively regenerate the filter with an electric heater. In the regeneration process, the exhaust gas temperature is maintained at a set level by switching on and off individual heating elements of the electric heater. The possibility of connecting an electric heater to the power generator's switchboard on which a given exhaust aftertreatment system is installed makes it an ideal solution for this type of application. There is also an option to install a by-pass valve.

DOC system

The main role of the DOC catalyst as a stand-alone exhaust gas cleaning device is to reduce PM particles by removing heavy solids fractions. The oxidation process also reduces the emission of HC, CO and aldehydes, which reduces the characteristic odor of exhaust gases. Our DOC catalysts are easy to install and maintain, they do not require any additional control by the machine operator. It is possible to integrate the DOC with a silencer in one housing and install it in place of the original silencer.
