On 30/01/2019- The Inland Waterway Transport Authority in Szczecin granted a request from Ecoexhaust Sp. z o.o. for authorization to measure exhaust emissions from inland waterway vessels in accordance with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/1629 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 September 2016. laying down technical requirements for inland waterway vessels, amending Directive 2009/100/EC and repealing Directive 2006/87/EC and in accordance with the guidelines of the European standard laying down requirements for inland waterway vessels, i.e. ES- TRIN 2017, adopted on 06 July 2017. The authorization will be issued following the amendment of the Act of 21 December 2000 on inland navigation (OJ 2017 .0.2128) implementing the legal acts mentioned in the letter.
